The sintered mesh is welded on the end covers at both ends through stainless steel welding wire. The sintered mesh cannot be burnt during welding to prevent local burning, which will cause the filter element to fail to filter. Therefore, the welding environment must be protected by argon during welding. In the welding process, all welding tooling and special welding equipment must be provided, and the welding technical requirements for workers are relatively strict. In case of air leakage in the pressure range of bubble test after welding, all filter elements shall be scrapped.
